Here are some frequently asked questions:

Are you Interior Health licensed and regulated?

Absolutely! We are a licensed multi age child care centre.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Mon-Fri from 7:30am-5:00pm

​

Do you have a registration fee?

There is $100 non-refundable admin fee due at the time of registration which secures your child's spot in our program.

How do the monthly fees work?

The monthly fees are processed on the 1st of each month. We will require 6 months of postdated cheques. If child is absent from care on a scheduled day the normal rate will still be due.

What happens if my cheque doesn't go through?

Don't worry, it happens!. Please give us a new cheque promptly with a $50 surcharge to cover the bank fees.

What are the staff to children ratios?

We are a licensed multi age child care centre. Each classroom can have 8 children with 1 Early Childhood Educator. 3 children can be between 18-36months and 5 children 3yrs-5yrs in each classroom.

What qualifications do you staff have?

All of our staff are Early Childhood Educators or Early Childhood Educator-Assistants. They also have a valid first aid and criminal record check. Our top priority is having great staff that are passionate about providing a safe, inclusive, educational and fun environment for your children!

Can I come see my child anytime? 

Forsure! We have an open door policy, but ask that you try to not pick up at nap times.

What happens if I don't need care anymore?

We require 30 days written notice from the 1st of the month. For example: If you don't need care for September, you would need to provide written notice by August 1st. If you provide notice after August 1st then payment is still due for September and the notice takes effect October 1st.
